Putin's KGB threatened with assassination a Turkish human rights activist Enes Kuban Kural from the organization Caucasus Forum, according to sources from Turkey.
A few weeks prior to the threat he has been watched by the agents of the FSB in Istanbul. Two same officers with the face of criminals were noticed by the human rights defender following him at different times in different places.
A few weeks later, just before the demonstration in Istanbul in connection with the anniversary of the Russian massacre of the Circassians on May 21, he received a written threat on a piece of paper: "You will die".
The Caucasian Forum appealed to the police and courts, as well as in major Turkish human rights NGOs.
Along with them CF has prepared an official statement and sent it to the Russian gang consulate in Istanbul, as well as the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs of Turkey.
After that CF has written to the largest NGOs in Europe, particularly to the London office of Amnesty International and asked to urgently intervene in the situation.
